About Us

HERE IS A LITTLE ABOUT JAY; I love the great outdoors. The natural world is so fascinating to me. I have been in Gem and Mineral clubs for about 9 years now and I was president of the Mid-Ga Gem and Mineral Society for 5 years. I enjoy the lapidary arts, with cabochons and wire wrapping being my favorites!
I have collected so much that I decided to being selling some to make room for more.

HERE IS A LITTLE ABOUT MY BUSINESS;
We been on the web now for a year and continue to grow. We continue to add categories, the next one will be mineral specimens. So keep an eye out and look us up from time to time.
We also participate in Rock and Gem shows and some craft shows in Georgia.

ABOUT JAYS ROCK SHOP;
The specimens that are on this site have been collected by me or my friends. We are located in Macon, Georgia. But whenever traveling I do some collecting.
The cabochons, wire wrapping, and other lapidary work are made by me or friends. Some are made from local material, a lot is purchased material from around the world. We have free style and standard size cabochons.
