A little about Ga. Queen;
Geology of Georgia Queen Picture Jasper site in Pulaski County, Georgia. Oligocene Era 30 million years ago, Silica from erosion deposition replaced fossilferous limestone – subsequent silicification of shell and marine animal forms – iron from precipitation in a shallow inland sea with chalk and iron in the form of Goethite, Limonite, and Hematite. They are abundant, and are responsible for patterns and colorations in the Georgia Queen Picture Jasper.
This slab is a great example of Ga. Queen, this slab should make 2 or 3 nice cabs or will make a really nice display slab.
